This was a highly sensitive site as odours were causing local residents distress. Acton Waste Water Treatment Works is located within a few metres of an affluent residential development. Nugent Pump Services together with Bioteg Gmbh designed, manufactured and installed a total of fourteen MBF-450 by 450 Biofilter units.

To date, there has been no further issues at the site.
